I like your picutes/blog. The Santa Monica pier looks great, especially in b/w.
Speaking of Santa Monica,,have you seen the documenatry Dogtown and Z-Boys (2001 ish). Sean Penn narrates it and its all about the Santa Monica surfers that become skaterboarders. Its one of the best documentaries I have seen plus it has Iggy & The Stooges ‘I Wanna Be Your Dog’ on the OST. Did u see any sufers about that day?

Thanks Big D. Don’t remember seeing surfers here, but we saw them in several other spots along the coast. We did see the Junior Lifeguards out for an early morning run en masse.
