What strikes me about this is the almost silvery sheen to it. It’s a great shot, no doubt about it.

@ tonecoach – I went on a skateboard once, when I was about 14. Never again.
@ CMP73 – The “silvery sheen” might be down to the selective desaturation (to bring out the colourfulu graffiti).
